AI ADOPTION · IN-PERSON PROGRAMS
Become AI-Native: Transformation through operational wins, one step at a time.
Your team already has access to AI. Turn every interaction into compounding momentum for your business.
Who This Is For
This is designed for companies that share a specific structural limitation, regardless of their industry. You are an ideal fit if:
- Your best people become the unofficial help desk for questions only they can answer.
- Client output or service quality drops the moment your core experts step away.
- People learn the job by asking around, not from a single source of truth anyone could query.
If your competitive advantage currently walks out the door at 5:00 PM, this is how you capture, operationalize, and scale it.
Why most AI rollouts stall
Most technology rollouts fail because they lead with tool implementation and assume behavior will follow. Employees view tool changes and mandatory trainings as a distraction, especially when they feel their current processes "work fine."
The first-win problem
Adoption is not a training problem first. It is a sequence problem. The rest of the company decides whether to lean in or wait it out based on who gets a visible result — and how fast.
A value-first rollout
Instead of pushing compliance, the program creates demand by producing a result first:
- Get the executive a real win. Skip the software orientation. Apply the capability to a bottleneck the leaders already own, on their KPIs.
- Make that win visible. One solved business problem changes the room from skepticism to "how did you do that?"
- Train after people ask. Tooling and classes come after the business has seen the value. You are not dragging a reluctant workforce into a session. You are giving tools to teams that now want them.
The Ignition Engagement
Phase 1 · Executive overview — 30 minutes, free
A working session. We show what an AI with organized access to a company's truth can actually do, and we map what that would look like on your business. You leave knowing whether this is worth 30 days of your company's attention.
Phase 2 · The 30-day build
We scaffold a context repository for your business — a single, organized source of truth that both humans and AI tools can easily navigate. Before any workshop happens, it has to pass one gate: a fresh AI session, pointed at your repository and nothing else, answers non-trivial questions about your business — citing your own documents.
There are two starting points, and they set the scope:
- Scaffold & Load. Your canonical documents already exist — positioning, pricing, processes, standards. We structure them and load them in.
- Discover & Build. They don't exist yet, or they live in people's heads. We create them together during the 30 days. More work — and often the most valuable part of the whole engagement.
Phase 3 · Leadership Days
One full day per small group of leaders — capped at six people, so everyone builds. Each leader arrives with their top three use cases and leaves having automated at least one of them — live, in the room, on their real work.
How the groups split depends on your business. We don't prescribe a structure — a fifty-person software company and a fifteen-person roofing contractor don't slice the same way. A typical software example:
- Product and marketing go first, together — they shape what the company says and builds.
- Sales gets its own day, second — their workflows are unlike anyone else's.
- Whoever owns your systems (engineering, IT) goes last — but attends every session, because they own the accounts and permissions everyone else builds on.
- Other functions — customer success, operations, finance — slot in as additional days.
- Under about twenty people? Everyone, one day, together.
What it costs
| Package | What's included | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Small company | 30-day build + one Leadership Day for the whole leadership team (under ~20 people) | from $18,000 |
| Standard | 30-day build + first Leadership Day | from $25,000 |
| Full engagement | 30-day build + three Leadership Days across your functions | from $38,000 |
- The executive overview is always free.
- Starting from Discover & Build (we create your canonical documents together): add $7,000–$10,000 depending on scope.
- Additional Leadership Days: $5,000–$8,000 per group.
What you'll need ready
The 30-day build runs on your canonical documents — the ones everything else in your business derives from. They're different in every company, but here's the shape, by function:
- Every team: working credentials and API keys for its own tools.
- Product & marketing: how you position yourselves, who your ideal customers are and what hurts them, and the slide templates and brand palette your materials ship in.
- Sales: how you score and qualify leads, and your competitor list.
- Systems owners (engineering / IT): cost ceilings and spending thresholds, testing accounts and infrastructure — documented.
If most of these only exist in people's heads, you still qualify — you just start from Discover & Build.
After ignition: the Enablement Program
The Ignition Engagement gets your leaders producing. The Enablement Program rolls the rest of the organization on: version-control fundamentals for non-engineers, team-by-team onboarding, and office hours while new habits set. It's scoped after ignition — onboarding only works once your people have seen what they're being onboarded into.
